Lightbulb Do you like the new PhotoClub design?

As announced before I have updated the software plateform and I have implemented few new features, some of them are in testing still.

I tried to reorganise the navigation menues in a more user-friendly way.

One interesting feature is that you can insert links to your pictures with a thumb in every post - both in the forums and in the gallery discussions. Discover the function of this icon when posting:
It can be used in your new posts or replies to point out particular technique you are discussing or to show how you did a similar shot (like the video response on YouTube). It is also a way to bring to the surface some of your older works.

Do you like the design and the new logo?. Please take a part in the survey.
Thanks!

Dear Admin, I really agree with your Implementations & Hard work behind the building of the PhotoCLub.EU The new look & Interface is great, at the same time cant really compare with the old look & feel too, coz with the old ones we are used to it & feel that it is easier than the new interface, But once we are used to the newer version i feel it will give us a great experience in using the menus & interface with a different Theme. Thats a great Job Admin Congrats...But to be honest about the logo i am not that happy dear ADMIN, COZ I DID NOT FIND SOMETHING NEW OR anything appealing...But its just my opinion, so will also wait for other members opinions & Their Views
But this job is not so easy to execute & u have done a brilliant job Dear Admin

Best Wishes
Shailraj

No!

No, not like the new design! I understand and commend the effort to optimize the platform of the site, but in my humble opinion the previous design and operation was almost perfect. I put pictures in dozens of sites and this was one of the most enjoyable to work and navigate. Unfortunately, the EPC is now more like all the other sites. The intention was good but the result not so. I still prefer the old model. Anyway congratulations for the attempt.

Thanks Kaskais, if other members fill the same I will revert back to the previous design.
Please speak up!

I personally like the new version more because it is a minimal one, with very few decoration elements - so the pictures are the essential subjects.

Please reports any bugs

Well I decided to keep the old style as a primary one, however because of the updated software plateform there are many chages to be implemented in the old templates.

Please inform me if you enconter any issues in displaying correctly the contents or any dead links.

The new style will be as well available (but not primary) and you can switch it on at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for your feedback.

Sincerely, as regards to the overall of the site, and it's logo in particular, I seem, like Kaskais...to regret the previous work of yours : close to perfection in fact, ... when it works, don't fix it -

I don't see any improvement in the functionnality either, for the same reasons : close to perfection and I appreciated it very much in that sens -

Just hope that for most here, they'll feel the contrary around : as it is not
much different, in fact, so I can live with it as it is now -

I don't appreciate the new logo at all, compare to the elegance and simplicity of the previous one - Much more sober and "classy" if I may say so -

Hi Melody, I reverted back to the old style before your comment and visually the only change is the menu and the logo.
Regards

Hi Admin...thanks for anwsering me here - I would have prefer no changes at all in fact, even in the menu : I'm somehow more confused with the combination of bold and not bold case, here - Hope it's better for many though, as I'm more for a very classic and sober look as it comes to the interface of a site -

With the new logo : which makes me still regret the previous one, at least no one
can miss the fact that it's a site "for pictures" - Even whithout reading - And icones are what works nowadays, I can't deny this either -

In any case, as I said...I can't do with the changes...and many thanks for your involvement and concern about this forum and it's followers.

Best Regards
